RAD is a co-op of radical creatives helping build power in grassroots movements toward liberation.

I worked with them in the very early stages of Racial Equity in California Medical Schools, a research and activation project that aimed to get to the bottom of the lack of diversity in health professions and call higher education decision-makers to action.

RAD needed a strong visual identity to kickstart the project. They wanted their initial survey and engagement materials to feel professional, communicate confidence, and inspire action. I created a visual identity that emphasized warmth, connection, and movement while giving the team plenty of flexibility and room to grow the brand as the project evolved.

I included an expansive color palette, detailed typography guidelines, and several variations of the logo adaptable to different uses. The team used the detailed brand guidelines I developed to create the materials they needed for different phases of the project.
